User Guide

To book an appointment follow these simple steps:

Click the ’New User’ tab at the top right of the page and enter your registration details, or log in if you have already registered.

Select the appointment type from the Shoreham surgery tab above.

Bookings at Shoreham are usually only available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Select a suitable day by using the diary navigation links above the calendar view. You will not be able to book a medical more than 60 days in advance.

Select a day and then a subsequent time slot that would suit you.
